In our very child-friendly pension, your hosts, Theo and Annalisa, welcome you and will personally attend to your well-being. We offer, upon request, travel bed with mattress, high chairs, child care, and Mountain Buggy strollers in-house among other necessities.

OUR PASSION
The outdoors - especially our wonderful Arlberg area – is our family’s passion. Annalisa, an Austrian certified hiking guide and snowshoeing guide, gladly shares her time and valuable tips for wonderful days of skiing and hiking tours in the Arlberg area!

For your exciting and adventurous days on the Arlberg, you need solid nourishment. Our plentiful and hearty breakfast will ensure this for our guest rooms! For apartment guests, we gladly offer a bread delivery service on request!

HISTORY
Haus “s'Lexa" can look back on a long and exciting history. The house is first mentioned in historical public documents in 1656 as it was then formerly known as the “Knoll House”. Its name today is a tribute to your host, Theodores great grandfather "Alexus Falch" (1889-1966). Haus s’Lexa, since 2003 is in the experienced hands of Theo and now runs their home together with Annalisa since 2007.
